One of the more recent additions to the world of dining in Playa Muchavista is the restaurant Mordida. They offer a fine variety of food and wine and we have never had anything we have not liked and enjoyed.
The prices are a bit higher than the other restaurants in the neighborhood, but we think the food, drinks and service is worth every Euro.
The main courses are quite large, and our recommendation is to share. When we are two persons, we usually opt for three starters and a main course, all to share. The tricky part is what to choose. The ribs, both the beef and pork ones, are fabulous. To be honest, all the other meat dishes are delicious also.
I have not tried any of the fish dishes, but some friends like those also. My daughter, who is vegetarian, also gives a thumbs up for the selection, quality, and taste.
Mordida has a decent selection of wines, and they also make a variety of Sangrias. The restaurant has three sections, indoor, pergola and terrace. In the summer we prefer the terrace and, in the winter, the pergola.
If you are going, remember to book a table, at least in the peak seasons.
